Roo Rents was founded, in June 2007 to provide an affordable quality solution for student housing around the University of Akron campus. From our humble beginnings with a single property we have continued to grow over the years, adding properties to our portfolio. All while continuing to improve on the rental experience for both students and parents. We have always believed in offering a quality product, at an affordable rate.
We don't believe in spending money on unnecessary amenities such as tanning beds, workout gyms, lounges, or game rooms, which all drive the cost of your rent up. Rather we believe in keeping the cost of housing down, so you can decide where to best spend your hard-earned money. The cost of college has continued to rise, but the cost of rent doesn't need to.
We have a small, but dedicated staff to ensure your rental experience is the best part of your college journey. We pride ourselves on our prompt response times, renter satisfaction, and value-driven approach to student housing.
